Taylor joined the firm in January of 2017 and has 4 years of experience in public accounting, including experience with tribal and casino audits, NIGC MICS audits, and agreed-upon procedure audits. Taylor received his Master’s Degree in Accounting in 2013 from the University of Montana.
Before joining Stauffer & Associates, Taylor worked in Montana as a staff auditor for tribal governments and casinos in the Midwest, the Rocky Mountain region, and the west coast. During this time, Taylor performed and assisted with financial statement audits for tribal nations, casinos, and other tribal entities; internal and external NIGC MICS audits for tribal casinos; and agreed-upon procedure audits to fit individual client needs.
In his free time
Taylor enjoys traveling the nation and the world with his wife and taking in new food, music, and culture. As a relatively new resident of Spokane, Taylor spends most of his free time exploring new restaurants, breweries, and events in the area.
